EcoHub Booking Request

Please use this form to make a booking equiry. Please note that filling in the form does not confirm that a booking can take place. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

We charge £15 / hr for your booked session times.
You have 1/2 hour before and after your booked session times for setting up and clearing away. This is not charged.
If you need longer than this then please include it in your booking time.
Publicity
The EcoHub can include posters and events details both in the EcoHub and on our website however we understand that for some bookings, especially for vulnerable people, this is not appropriate.
Do you have?
We would recommend doing a risk assessment for any group activity and having some form of public liability insurance. Depending on what your activity is we may ask to see these before the booking is confirmed.
